The cultural center and the conference palace were designed to form a fundamental indispensable part of the project fabric, the center accommodates for a 1700 seat theatre, a 500 seat multipurpose hall, two conference halls ,artists’ studios ,exhibition spaces, and a vast entry hall that hosts several activities.
