The new development for Meydan Racecourse will integrate a new residential community to the project . The new proposal is set within previously designed outlines of the general master plan,it was important to blend the landscaped new lines visually and connect the new developments physically to the overall master plan. The first lines of the central spines and public spaces within each community were derived and inspired from the flowing soft lines related to the equestrian free flowing lines. Later on, features related to those lines shall be introduced throughout the development.

The master plan development has two mirrored wings (North and South Wings) each with 50% dominant residential plots. Offering a variety of residential types, such as residential apartments, furnished apartments and 2 boutique hotels. The master plan also houses different attractions that go along with the new ‘neighborhoods’ such as health club, and a central Equestrian park and museum.
