This is designed to become the major state mosque in the Palm’s area in Dubai. This is also to become a cultural hub, incorporating various cultural facilities that include an Islamic library, conference hall ,a theatre and a gallery. Ultra contemporary design approach was manifested in the conceptual ideas of the mosque that were influenced by the first mosque in Islam.
